💻 ماذا تكشف الجرائم الإلكترونية عن واقعنا الرقمي في المكلا؟

من البحث الميداني إلى الحوار المتخصص، استعرضت #جامعة_حضرموت نتائج دراسة حول الجرائم الإلكترونية وأثرها في المجتمع الحضرمي، ضمن ندوة علمية نظمها مركز جامعة حضرموت لتدريب الطلاب بعنوان:
«الجرائم الإلكترونية في عصر التحول الرقمي: قراءة في الواقع المحلي وآفاق المواجهة»
وشملت الدراسة عينة ميدانية من 427 فردًا من سكان مدينة المكلا، لرصد واقع الجرائم الإلكترونية وأنماطها وأسبابها وآثارها، ومستوى الوعي بها، إلى جانب تحديات الإبلاغ والمواجهة.
وناقشت الندوة نتائج الدراسة من زوايا أكاديمية وأمنية وقانونية وقضائية ونفسية واجتماعية وتقنية، وصولًا إلى رؤية أكثر تكاملًا للتعامل مع مخاطر الفضاء الرقمي.
ومن أبرز التوصيات التي خرجت بها الندوة: إدماج مفاهيم الأمن السيبراني في المناهج الجامعية، وتكثيف التوعية، وتسهيل آليات الإبلاغ، وتعزيز التنسيق بين الجهات الأكاديمية والقانونية والأمنية، وتطوير التشريعات بما يواكب التحولات الرقمية.

🔐💻 What Do Cybercrimes Reveal About Our Digital Reality in Mukalla?
From field research to specialized dialogue, #Hadhramout_University presented the findings of a study on cybercrime and its impact on the Hadhramout community during a scientific seminar organized by the University’s Student Training Center.
The study surveyed 427 residents of Mukalla to examine the prevalence and patterns of cybercrime, its causes and impacts, levels of awareness, and challenges related to reporting and response.
The seminar brought together academic, security, legal, judicial, psychological, social, and technical perspectives to discuss the findings and develop a more integrated approach to addressing cybercrime.
Key recommendations included integrating cybersecurity concepts into university curricula, expanding awareness campaigns, simplifying reporting mechanisms, strengthening coordination among academic, legal, and security institutions, and updating legislation to keep pace with digital transformation.
